What is the Sewer Connection Incentive Program (SCIP)?
The Sewer Connection Incentive Program is an initiative the City of Vancouver is taking to enhance and maintain the quality of urban water sources by addressing failing septic systems. By replacing them with sanitary public sewers, the city is working to prevent the pollution of our local water resources.
